Payment in the amount of $150/hunter is required to reserve your date. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please call or text (956) 330-9537.
Your safety is our primary concern. No one may participate in any hunting or shooting activities unless this form is completed. By signing the form, you agree to follow safe gun handling and hunting procedures.
